Estrella Jones

Estrella Jones, Staff Writer

Estrella Jones, a sophomore at Mcintosh High School, very recently started taking a journalism class because of her strong skills in writing argumentative essays, and writes for the McIntosh Trail.

She has become very interested in going into the medical field in the future, she takes a healthcare class and works after school as an athletic trainer, doing sports medicine, for the McIntosh Football team.

Estrella is a very active student, she enjoys playing sports and plays lacrosse for the spring lacrosse season on the school team. She also enjoys running and has won several awards for running 5ks.

Being born with a latin-american background, Estrella is bilingual, she is fluent in both Spanish and English. She has also had the opportunity to move around the country, which she enjoys because of the new experiences she gains. When not doing school work, Estrella enjoys watching movies and hanging out with friends.
