Dani Davis is a 17- year-old senior at McIntosh. She is anxiously awaiting to turn 18 and embark on the new adventure that is college (hopefully at Kennesaw State University) where she plans to study nursing and intern work as a nurse in the ER. Her favorite subject is anatomy, and she is an officer in Healthcare Occupations Students of America (HOSA) club this year. Her favorite pastime is zooming around aimlessly on the golf cart with friends and playing with the puppies up for adoption at Petsmart and Petco on the weekends. During the week, Dani participates in competitive dance team rehearsals for tap, ballet, lyrical, jazz, contemporary, and musical theater dances. She also has had an uncanny obsession, ongoing since 2011, with One Direction and especially Harry Styles. Dani loves talking to absolutely everyone about anything (which can be problematic in class at times) but, she especially loves debating politics, discussing important things going on in the world, and other controversial topics. This is her first year writing for the Trail.
