On Tuesday, February 12, Senior Gabby Seiler broke McIntosh’s all-time scoring record of 1918 points, set by Jeff Sheppard, a former Univeristy of Kentucy Wildcat.
Sheppard, who was a two-time NCAA Champion and briefly played in the NBA for the Atlanta Hawks, set his record over twenty years ago. Seiler beat his record and set her own on a free-throw.
The current record, set by Seiler, stands at 1920 points, but is expected to increase more when the Lady Chiefs advance to the state basketball tournament after beating Mundy’s Mill this Tuesday 49-27.
