In this episode of Behind the Bell, I talk about why it feels like everyone is always so busy and tired all the time, especially in high school. Between school, sports, work, and trying to have a social life, it can feel like there’s never really a break. I get into how constantly being busy can start to feel normal, even when it’s exhausting, and how that affects motivation, stress, and just overall mood. I also reflect on the pressure to always be doing something and why it’s okay to slow down sometimes. This episode is about recognizing burnout, being honest about how we feel, and learning how to take care of ourselves while still keeping up with everything going on.
