Adele backing out of the music industry?

According to Atalanta station Q100, British singer, Adele, who has won countless different Grammys and awards may be backing out of the music industry for a while. When asked if she would be working on a new album anytime soon, she said she would be taking a break for a little while.

Many speculate this is so she can take care of her new, 4 month old baby. Others suppose she just needs to give her vocals a break after her many injuries.

From a mother’s standpoint, it is understandable for Adele to feel the need to stay at home to raise her child. Every woman wants to be a great mom and have a lasting relationship with their children. This relationship starts as a baby, so it is important for her to be around and not constantly on tour or in the studio.

But from a business standpoint, this is not the time for Adele to back out of the music scene. Now is when she should hit even harder with more chart topping songs and entertaining shows. Backing out now will make it very hard for her to make a comeback in the future.
