Freshman Lauren Siegel’s name was selected from the list of students who signed up to receive email notications from this website. The newspaper staff used Random.org, a website designed for contests such as this one, to select the winner.

The newspaper staff thanks everyone who signed up to receive email notifications, and they congratulate Lauren, who now has brand-new technology to bring to school.
