The Chiefettes dance team held their 9th annual Dancing with the Chiefettes on November 17. Dancing with the Chiefettes is a main way the team raises money to compete at the state championship, a competition which they have won seven years in a row. Also, it helps the girls compete and travel to nationals in Orlando in February.

Junior Chiefette Joslyn Nicosia said, “Teaching someone who’s not a dancer to dance is such a unique experience, and it’s a lot of fun to see how the routines turn out each year.”

Junior Tan Dunn, a varsity swimmer and Joslyn’s partner, said, “It was challenging to get the moves right and remember all of them, but I had a good partner so it was fun.”
