The popular coupon-ing app, Groupon, is steadily increasing in popularity among McIntosh High School students. Coin pinching is now becoming popular, and it is not uncommon to see students browsing through Groupon, searching for fun events to do at a discounted price.

Senior Michael Wilson said, “I go on groupon all the time to plan for cool trips to cheap places in Atlanta. It’s so convenient and I love it!”

One popular Groupon deal that students often buy is paint balling as it is a fun and now cheap way to play a sport with friends. The closest paint ball facility is in Fayetteville and it frequently offers many great Groupon deals. Senior Daniel Lane said, “I enjoy going paint balling with my friends and because of Groupon, we go do this activity more than we normally would. I love Groupon!”
