Before Ms. Bruschetti leaves McIntosh for the last time, Ms. Lakly’s AP Literature class will host a special jousting match in her honor. Seniors Ian McGraw and Stephan Black will play two knights  jousting in the match. Their performance will be followed by a sword fight during which the two knights will recite famous monologues from some of Shakespeare’s plays.

“This is very cool to be doing,” said Ian. “I had [Ms. Bruschetti] back when I was a freshman, and I think this is a special way to send her off.”

The performance will be held on Wednesday, May 13, during first period at the outdoor amphitheater in the courtyard.
