German Club met for the first time on September 19 to discuss the future plans of the club. Herr Kevin Keough brainstormed some ideas for future activities with the club members and came up with a list of possible activities. Watching German movies, trying out German foods, and learning more about Germany were all ideas tossed around during the meeting. Probably the most interesting of all the ideas was to have a kickball game against the other language clubs. Herr Keough said that it was something they’ve done before and it was a lot of fun. The club thought that idea was incredible so it will most likely be the topic of a future meeting. German Club is ten dollars to join and they welcome anybody interested in the German culture and language.
