The boys’ tennis team traveled to Statesboro to compete in the state tournament on April 15. The tennis team won both their matches 5-0 in the two-day tournament. Three members played singles and four members played doubles. Sophomore Freddie Lawrence played the first singles tournament. “We don’t always practice as a team, sometimes we even practice on our own,” Lawrence said. “I expected us to win the matches.”
