The boys’ varsity soccer team took on the Whitewater High School Wildcats on Friday Mar. 17. Both McIntosh and Whitewater entered the game as the top two schools in the region. The Chiefs scored early, only five minutes into the game. The game ended with a score of 4-0, McIntosh winning. McIntosh now holds an 11-1 record on the season. Their next game is an out of region game against Druid Hills High School on Saturday Mar. 25.
Junior Logan Brown said, “Last year, Whitewater was a tough match up for us, so our result this year was really good. We worked hard and played the way our coaches wanted us to.”
