The swim team traveled to Jonesboro to compete in the county meet on January.  The five other schools that competed against McIntosh were Starr’s Mill High School, Whitewater High School, Sandy Creek High School, Our Lady of Mercy High School, and Fayette County High School.

Nine girls and ten boys made state by making the state required times at this county meet. Junior Areya Eckley said, “Although the Chiefs placed 2nd, our last meet was full of determination and cheerful spirits.”
