The Chiefs took on Luella at Luella on Aug. 28.  Back up quarterback, Junior Zach Sanders got the start on Friday since senior quarterback Hunter Best was injured in McIntosh’s season opener against Fayette County.

The Chiefs fell to Luella 36-7. Freshman Kyle Riesselmann threw a touchdown pass to Junior Jack Dee to score the Chiefs’ only score of the game.
