An Arizona teammate lifts up his fellow team member as they celebrate the completion of the hail mary pass that kept their season unblemished

Nobody saw what was coming Thursday night at Autzen stadium or anywhere else in the United States for that matter, as the Oregon Ducks fell to the Arizona Wildcats for the second year in a row.  After a game filled with drama, penalties, and (in the second half) scoring, Arizona found a way to defeat Oregon and keep their hopes for an undefeated season alive.

This however, certainly is not the first encounter with nearly losing that the Wildcats have had.  In fact, in week two, Arizona almost lost to a measly University of Texas-San Antonio, and in week 4 defeated California only by means of a game winning hail mary on the final play of the game.

These statistics would certainly make a person wonder how on earth a team as good as Oregon could possibly lose, especially with home-field advantage.  This of course means that Oregon most likely will not have it easy with the rest of their games as they still face three currently ranked opponents between now and the end of the season.  These ingredients will not only make the wound painful, but one that will not easily heal either.
