The Chase Burnett Center for education and awareness hosts second annual “Chase your dreams” soccer tournament
The Chase Burnett Center hosted a small tournament at score on Saturday, April 19. Before the tournament began the founders of the Chase Burnett Center gave a short talk about not getting involved in drugs and about making the correct choices.
Eight teams battled through game after game, and each game had a different outcome. In the end, team two won first, with team five following in a close second. In third, team seven placed, and in a close competition, team four came in fourth. Freshman Cameron Stephens said, “Even though I was on team eight and we lost every game, I had a lot of fun. It was a great event.”
