Chiefs lacrosse beat Northgate Vikings for their 100 win

On March 4, the varsity boys lacrosse team faced the Northgate Vikings. The Chiefs were looking to win their 100 game as a program.

The Chiefs were dominate on both offense and defense throughout the game. During the first quarter, Sam Herman, junior Craig Ward, and junior Barrett Bornhofen scored and gave the Chiefs a 5-0 lead, and then during the second quarter, Ward scored three more times. Herman scored once more, and sophomore Dawson Riesselman scored. The defense allowed one goal, and the team went into the half with a 10-1 lead.

The offense slowed down during the second half, and they scored five more goals. The defense continued their dominance over the Vikings and only allowed one more goal.

The final score was 15-2, and the next boys lacrosse game is Friday at Harrison.
