As the new world cup group pairings were released on Friday, December 6, the world learned which group their favorite soccer team was in.  As the world learned, McIntosh students had their comments for how they thought their favorite team would do.

Freshman Joseph Pollard said, “I’m upset that the United States was placed in the ‘group of death,’ but I believe in them.”  Also, Freshman Matthias Von Zeir said, “I think most groups have one or two good teams that can win, but at the same time, some groups have a larger amount of talent than others.”
