Lady Chiefs volleyball advances to the Final Four on Wednesday, October 30
The Lady Chiefs volleyball team advances to the Final Four this Wednesday, October 30 when they take on the Northgate Vikings here at McIntosh at 6:00 p.m.
The Lady Chiefs volleyball team defeated Greenbriar High School in the Elite Eight of the state rounds on Saturday, October 26, allowing them to advance to the Final Four this Wednesday, October 30. The match versus the Northgate Vikings will take place at McIntosh at 6:00 p.m.
All tickets are $5.00 and only GHSA passes will be admitted, but the first 20 McIntosh students at the game will get in for free.
Students are asked to wear green in support of the Lady Chiefs’ road to the state match.
In the two previous matches McIntosh played against Northgate, McIntosh swept the Vikings on September 17 with scores of 25-22 and 25-13 and again on September 28 with scores of 25-11 and 25-12.
If the Lady Chiefs beat Northgate this Wednesday and advance to state, the state match will take place at Marietta High School on Friday, November 1 at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $7.00.
