On May 18, the Lady Chiefs lacrosse team will play Westminster High School for the state championship.
The Lady Chiefs enter the game with a record of 14-3-1, and they are coming off two strong wins against Kell, who they previously lost to in the beginning of the season, and Northview.
This year’s state championship game is a rematch between McIntosh and Westminster as they face each other last year in the championship game. The game resulted in a heartbreaking loss for the Lady Chiefs, but captain senior Hannah Mason said, “This is our year.”
