Chiefs baseball wins first playoff game
On May 3, the varsity baseball team played Game 1 in the first round of the playoffs against Harris County.
Game 1 was pitched by Senior Cole Piper who gave up only one run in six innings. Key offense plays were made by Brian White, Tyler Roberts, Michael Murphy, Noah Kiker, and Andrew Johnson, who hit a grand slam in the sixth inning to give the Chiefs a 10-1 lead. Charlie Goedtke had an RBI double which scored Duke Kinamon and gave the Chiefs the 11-1 lead in the sixth inning which also ended the game early.
This is the first playoff game the Chiefs baseball team has won in the program’s history.

This story is very short and to the point and I like it, but maybe you could’ve added more action to the story to make the reader feel like they were there. Other than that, good job.
