With EOC testing right around the corner, underclassmen are cramming to get good grades in their classes. Seniors have gone through the most standardized testing and have some advice for freshmen in the upcoming weeks.

Most importantly, the seniors advise against worrying. Jack Valladares said, “Calm down on the day of the test. Regardless of how prepared you are, stressing out too much will only mess you up.” This is the best advice as a lot of students second guess their answers and tend to decrease their scores.

Seniors also advise that freshmen study in advance if necessary. Porter Enstrom said, “I usually end up waiting until the last minute for all my tests. I get through okay.” Even last minute studying will make a difference on testing day.

Students will take the EOC tests on the week of April, 24.
