Students received their 2017 yearbooks on Tuesday, May 16. The yearbook features summer, fall, winter, and spring activities revolving around the McIntosh Chiefs. Yearbook students and the teacher, Ms. Jane Edwards, worked tirelessly over the course of two semesters to make this yearbook the best it could be.
Yearbook staff members passed out nearly 850 yearbooks. With roughly 1,700 students attending McIntosh, the yearbook staff placed an order of 850 books for the student body. All but three were sold. Students have been passing around the yearbooks and getting signatures and farewell messages throughout the week.
Freshman Raquel Baston said, “Even though it’s my first year of high school, I still wanted to have a yearbook so I will always have the opportunity to look back on the memories I have made and friends I have gained this first year of high school.”
