After the Fayette County Board of Education decided to cancel school, students used the day for relaxation and fun on Wednesday, February 25.

Sophomore Andrew Obsitnik said, “I enjoyed being able to sleep in on Wednesday, and I used the day to get caught up on homework.”

Senior Corey Radest said, “I liked just having a day to myself. I sat around the house and just got caught up on the television shows that I missed.”

Thankfully, there were no serious weather issues in Peachtree City, but students enjoyed having the day off, nonetheless. The weather was not ideal for doing much outdoors because of the constant rain and cold on Wednesday.
