AV pride is an organization that promotes safe partying and brings awareness to underage drinking.

A meeting was held at Fayette County High School’s Sam’s Auditorium to which every school in the county was invited on Thursday, October 30.

There was food, drinks, door prizes and students could wear costumes. Parents were invited, too. They just wanted to let everyone know that there are ways to have fun at parties without drinking.

Ms. Jaquaye Okai said the event was a great success and cannot wait to have the next event.
