Jayden Wadlington is a McIntosh Trail first year staffer. Her accomplishments include writing strong news articles for the Trail and being a contributor to the award-winning Trail article “Fayette Co. Schools closing ahead of Hurricane Helene,” which won a superior rating at the Georgia Scholastic Press Association.
Q: What was your contribution to McIntosh High School?
A: “I was a part of marching band for 4 years. I also was a part of 4 different clubs throughout the years.”
Q: How have you made the Trail a better program? What was your contribution?
A:”I bring a positive energy when talking to my fellow staff members.”
Q: What college do you plan on attending, and what will your major studies be?
A: “I plan to go to West Georgia Technical College to get my degree in hospitality management.”
Q: What are you proudest of, in your time with the Trail?
A: “I’m most proud of trying something new and something I wouldn’t normally have thought I would like as much as I did.”
Q: What words of wisdom do you have for the upcoming editors and staff?
A: “I would like to say that it’s ok to step out of your comfort zone every once in awhile so you can experience new things.”
