The debate season came to an end with varsity state in March. Students in debate met to celebrate the team’s accomplishments before the end of the school year on May 12.

Junior Jack Vaughn said, “The team gets better every year, and I always enjoy being with the team at the end of the year. Everyone has worked so hard to make us more competitive at tournaments.”

Junior Lia Hill said, “I am looking forward to getting better in Lincoln-Douglas debate next year. I have been on the team since my freshman year, and it has been amazing to work with so many different people.”
