In order to accommodate for the recent milestone testing, McIntosh implemented a block schedule during the last week of April. Students stayed in a single class for about three hours and attended only two classes per day. While some teachers were able to give full length mock AP exams, many students did not enjoy the long class periods.

Senior Abby Burke said, “I hate the block schedule because teachers have to fill the three hours with work that isn’t always productive.”

Senior Tiffany Netto said, “It can be beneficial to take mock AP exams before the actual AP exams, but it was exhausting to take two AP exams in a row.”
