Isis bombed six places in France, including two restaurants, a soccer stadium, a concert venue, and two streets (Rue de la Fontaine au Roi and Avenue de la Republique) on the Friday, Nov. 13.
In response to the tragedy, Madame Sharp’s French one and French two classes wrote letters expressing their condolences to the French embassy in Washington D.C and to the Consulate General of France. The students made poster boards representing France upon which they displayed their cards.

Madame Sharp’s first period French one class created a French flag poster board to display their letters. In the center of the poster, Madame Sharp wrote a letter of condolences to the French embassy.

Madame Sharp’s second period French three class created an Eiffel Tower peace sign with their cards displayed in the middle to symbolize the French flag. On the outline of the peace sign, the students wrote “vive la France” (“long live France”).
