While the rigor of McIntosh and everyday routine may throw students’ daily lives into perpetual chaos, it’s important to know that they can go to a place where “everybody knows their name.”  For some McIntosh students, that place, on Thursday nights, is called House Church.  Run predominantly by McIntosh seniors Ally Cox, Naomi Sobel and Jackie Gray, house church is a fun place for McIntosh students to socialize and in the process worship God through song and sermon.

Senior Aurora Gallegos spoke highly of the group. She said, “It’s great seeing God working throughout our school and making it easy for everyone ranging from freshmen to senior leaders, to connect and comfortably bond.  It’s honestly such a great feeling and I wouldn’t have met some of the friends I’ve made in House Church otherwise.”

The members invite all to come and bring friends, too.  For more information contact Ally Cox, Naomi Sobel or Jackie Gray.
