Scholarship information updated in Counseling Office
While the college search may be winding down for seniors, the scholarship search is in full swing.
The McIntosh Counseling Office posts and updates local, state and national scholarship opportunities on the McIntosh website under the “Counseling” tab. The posts include the qualifications needed, the amount of the scholarship, whether or not both an essay and an application are needed and when the deadline for the scholarship is.
While most scholarships can be completed online, if the post indicates that a school or ounselor nomination is required, students must stop by the Counseling Office.
Additional tools for scholarship searches include www.fastweb.com, www.collegeboard.com, www.gacollege411.org, www.finaid.org, www.capex.com and www.zinch.com.
Your donation supports the student journalists of McIntosh High School. Your contribution allows us to cover our annual website hosting costs, to help pay printing costs for "Back to Mac" magazine, and continuing education for staff, such as SNO trainings and MediaNow! editorial leadership training.
