Senior superlative special: Best eyes
Best Eyes is not a category that is difficult to nominate for because everyone has that one person they know who they remember for their best eyes. When one looks at Taylor Dowse and Chris Dognazzi, their eyes catch everybody’s attention. Therefore, that is why the senior class nominated these two for best eyes.
Taylor Dowse is one who for all of her high school career people were commenting on how beautiful and blue her eyes were, it was not a surprise when she won. A new student at McIntosh, Nick Alvie, even recognized her majestic eyes and said, “When I look at her eyes, I just find myself lost in them.” Taylor is very involved in her school, she is a member of the girls varsity soccer team and apart of Beta Club and National Honors Society. In the fall of 2014 she plans on attending Mercer University to play soccer for the Bears.
Chris Dognazzi, also plays soccer for the Chiefs, was nominated best eyes for the male candidate. Chris has played soccer for McIntosh for the entire three years he has been at McIntosh and plans to tryout again in the fall. Last year he was apart of the varsity state champion team, and today he wears his ring proudly in the halls. Chris’s eyes are also very blue like Taylor’s but unlike her he never anticipated winning, Chris said, “Not very many people get to win a senior superlative, so I was very honored when my name was called for best eyes.”
