High school kids play dress up
Homecoming festivities are right around the corner. Included in these festivities is the parade, football game, dance and of course, Spirit Week.
Spirit Week is basically a whole week of high school students playing dress up, but who’s complaining?
Monday’s theme is “The stars and stripes,” followed by “Tacky Twin Day” on Tuesday. Decades Day (Wednesday) and Character Day (Thursday) are among the yearly favorites. The week is ended with a school-wide color war. Green for freshmen, white for sophomores, and black for juniors. Although the seniors don’t get a color, they get to wear togas. All in all, next week (September 16-20) will be an exciting one, as long as you don’t forget to dress up.
