“A gold star for me”

The Yume Ramen Bar had amazing and quick service. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and it was the perfect balance of spice for me. The service, food, and the area was very sanitary and clean.

The bathrooms were very nice and there were no paper towels on the floors or any trash anywhere other than in the trash can, which is very nice compared to other places I’ve been to where the bathrooms were very gross and unsanitary.

So, seeing the bathroom being nice and clean was definitely a gold star for me. I would definitely go to Yume again, the food and atmosphere was very nice.

“It did not disappoint”

I’ve never eaten at a Ramen Bar before. But I was still very excited to try it out. I’ve had the microwave ramen before and it’s one of my favorite things to eat. The Menu had lots of amazing options, for my appetizer, I went with the Salted Edamame. It was absolutely delicious. For my drink I went with a good old Sprite.

For my entree, I ordered the Yume Chicken Ramen. It was their basic Ramen but I’m a basic girl what can I say. But it did not disappoint. The chicken flavor was impeccable and the combination of corn and chicken was amazing. I also got to try kimchi for the first time. Kimchi is a fermented spicy cabbage. I was able to eat a little bit until it got way too spicy for me.

The service was absolutely amazing, all of our appetizers came out in less than 15 minutes. Our server was very sweet as well.

Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 10/10 and I would definitely want to come back and eat here with my family and friends.

“Someplace I can trust to eat good food”

I have been to the Yume Ramen bar multiple times in the past and have always been blown away by their dishes. When the team arrived, we were greeted by a lovely server by the name of Nicole who took the time to converse with us and gather our orders. Her authentic welcome and the sanitary atmosphere created a positive introduction.

I ordered their Spicy Chicken bun and a lemonade as my appetizer. I found the bun to be soft and warm which worked well when combined with the crispy chicken. The spicy chicken was topped with some cool cucumbers, which helped to cool down the spice of the meal, and a slightly spicy sauce. The combination of flavors diminished my fear that the bun would be too spicy.

As my entree, I ordered the Spicy Chicken Ramen. The dish originally came with a spicy broth base that consumers can change the spice level of, noodles, green onions, chicken, spinach, corn and kimchi. I chose to forgo the spinach, but I kept the kimchi and added extra chicken despite never having eaten Kimchi. The dish tasted amazing; I enjoyed all of the flavors in the dish and finished the entire bowl.

The great customer service, sanitary bathrooms, a handwashing station, and the prices solidified to me that Yume Ramen bar is someplace I can trust to eat good food.

“A memorable experience”

This was my very first time eating at Yume Ramen Bar. Going with some of my buddies from the Trail staff was a memorable experience. We first warmed up (or tried to acquire) our chopstick skills and ordered drinks and appetizers. For my drink, I kept it classic with a Coke and for my appetizer, I ordered the spicy creamy shrimp tempura as an appetizer and the spicy chicken ramen without the kimchi. I love kimchi but I just wasn’t feeling it on that particular day.  The spicy creamy shrimp tempura was fried shrimp slathered in a spicy mayo that is honestly one of the best shrimp sauces I’ve ever had. The texture was nice and flaky.

My entree came quickly after my appetizer. I absolutely loved the spicy chicken ramen. It had a combination of flavors that really complimented each other. There were veggies like spinach and corn in the broth and they all just went together. Plus, the broth itself wasn’t too spicy, but it wasn’t lacking the spice needed to be considered “spicy” either. Coming out fast, hot and spicy; This ramen was a win. I’d also like to add that’d the bowls for the actual ramen were huge, the server was very nice and I definitely had leftovers that I enjoyed later on. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very nice, so I’d rate this place a full ten out of ten.

“I really enjoyed it”

This was my first time eating at a Ramen bar ever. If you know me I am a very picky eater so this was a first for me just to go and try a new place that I have never ate at before. My first glance at the menu, I thought it was very cool because usually in Peachtree City you rarely see restaurants with these types of menus and I found something I like which is also new because I usually get a classic chicken tenders and French fries. I ended up getting the Crispy Chicken. For the drink, I had to go with a classic nice ice cold Mr.Pibb.

I had no entree because I don’t really eat ramen but everyone else’s looked good. I continued to eat my Crispy Chicken. I thought the garlic seasoning on it really gave it flavor and I have never tasted anything like it. I really enjoyed it and I got a six piece of it and ate five of them and ended up giving the sixth piece of chicken to Maddie. I did drink two whole cups if Mr. Pibb though.

Our severs name was Nicole and she was the sweetest person I have ever met. She even ended up asking for our website. She was very kind and even gave me some recommendations as to what I should get since I don’t really eat a lot of food. The food didn’t take that long to come out and it came out in less than a couple minutes of ordering.

After all, I would give it 9/10. There was great service and great food. I would recommend this place to all family and friends.

“I am quite impressed”

For this to be my first time going to the Yume Ramen Bar, I would have to say that I am quite impressed. It was more enjoyable considering that I got to experience it with my friends. While Yasemin was teaching us how to use chopsticks, we were greeted by a lovely server named Nicole who was very sweet and even promised to check out our website.

When Nicole first came and took out drink orders, I ordered a Strawberry Japanese Soda Ramen. Now I had only had this drink one other time but it was the regular one and it was ok. Now having the strawberry one, I would say that its pretty good. It tasted like a strawberry sprite with a tab bit extra fizz. I will say I did have some trouble opening it at first but overall it was good. 8/10 would recommend.

To start dinner, I started off with an appetizer. For the appetizer I had got the Pork Gyoza which is a fancy word for dumplings. I thought that they were pretty good. I have had these before and I always get them every time we go to a Japanese restaurant. They seem to never disappoint no matter where I get them. 9/10

For my entree, I had gotten the Yume Chicken Ramen. Now I’m no stranger to eating Ramen noodles but these were really good. I had gotten mine without any onion because personally I hate onions, but the corn, the spinach, the noodles, the chicken. Everything blended nicely. There were also a lot of noodles. Like it felt like every scoop I was just picking up noodles even when it looked like it was any left, there was! The broth was also really good. 10/10 would recommend.

All in all I would give the Yume Ramen bar a 9.8/10 only because the dumplings tasted like how they were supposed to. Like I wasn’t blown out of the park but they were good. Service was impeccable, food was great, and a time was had.
