Trending topics of the week and what to keep an eye out for

My hot take on this week’s hashtags? We finally got a ‘73 Questions with Nicki Minaj’. Barbs let’s unite. Since Minaj pushed her album, Pink Friday 2’s, release date to Dec. 8, which is her birthday, Barbs have been awaiting some more Nicki content on our screens. She even dropped a freestyle in the video for fashion icon Anna Wintour and my jaw was on the floor. I’m gonna need that album ASAP!

The SAG-Aftra has finally ended after reaching a deal with Hollywood film and Tv studios. I’m so glad that these actors and writers are finally going to receive proper compensation for the hard work they put forth for our entertainment. Fans were counting down the days until their favorite shows (Stranger Things, Euphoria) would be back in production, especially since rough estimates for these shows’ release were 2024-2025. I will not complain if the cast of Stranger Things looks like senior citizens as long as we get a Season 5.

Speaking of films coming out, the teaser for Inside Out 2 was released and fans of ‘Inside Out’ are gushing. Since the first movie came out in 2015 and touched people’s hearts, there was massive outcry for a second movie featuring the main character, Riley, as a teenager dealing with new emotions. And the outcry was heard and will be delivered to theaters in 2024.

Now follow this: My favorite creator of the week is @kmaeleee on Tiktok. She shares videos of your favorite coffee drinks from different popular cafes and stores that could be made at home so you can save some coin and not purchase from said cafe. I myself have already made a frosted sugar cookie latte and have never felt more barista-coded in my life.
