MHS Theater Department showcases the triple threat of singing, dancing, acting talent with spring musical

The McIntosh Theater Department opened their spring musical “Footloose” on Thurs., April 14, 2022. “Footloose” tells the story of a young boy, Ren McCormack, moving to a town where it is illegal to dance. McCormack struggles to fit in with this small town and ends up challenging the town council to repeal the absurd law. The musical has a touch of romance, humor, and excitement. The theater department will perform three more shows. Fri., April 15, at 7 pm and Sat., April 16, at 2 pm and 7 pm. The show’s running time is approximately 2 hours with a 15-minute intermission. Tickets are available for purchase at the door, and online. The online ticket link is available through mcintoshtheater.org or directly at https://mcintosh.ludus.com/index.php and tickets are $10 for students and $15 for adults.
