The Spring Gala is a variety show held by the chorus department every spring. The theme of this year’s Spring Gala is commemorating the tenth anniversary of the Spring Gala including songs such as “ Bohemian Rhapsody ” and “Thriller.”

“This year’s Spring Gala will include really iconic songs from this century and will include spectacular solos, small groups, and class numbers,” said sophomore Belvoche member Diamond Ngyuen.

The chorus groups have also learned dance routines taught to them by a choreographer, and a live band will perform alongside chorus groups during performances.

“All this practice including the practice during our spring retreat with the members of the advanced Belvoche and Cantabile will all be worthwhile for this amazing show,” said senior Belvoche member Sakinah Worsham. The Spring Gala will be held on April 12 through 13.

“I am very excited about this year’s Spring Gala. The theme is the 10th Anniversary, a culmination of themes and songs from the past nine years. I think the audience will love seeing these past Gala hits come back on stage,” said chorus teacher Hannah Potter.
