McIntosh students are preparing for the talent show, which will be held in the auditorium on Friday, Sept. 23. Tickets will be sold for $7 during lunch and at the door.

Freshman Ella Naugle said, “I will be performing with the song ‘If I Ain’t Got You’ by Alicia Keys. I’ve chosen to participate in the show because I need to break out of my shell, no matter what the outcome might be. I need to be more expressive and stand out. With my performance, I hope to show my true potential. Overall, I just want to have fun with the whole experience although I am a little nervous that it may not turn out as I am planning. But really, I’m just interested in trying to show who I am. That’s all that really matters to me”.
