The AP Art class students have been diligently working on their portfolio projects for the end of the year. The project is due on April 22. Junior Nicole Psomas said, “I have five of my twelve pieces done that are due in less than a month. I’m racing against time right now to finish.”

The students are allowed to pick their topic for their portfolios. Senior Erika Gauvin said, “I’ve been doing a lot of students at McIntosh, so it’s interesting looking at their faces all day.”

The students can use any method of art that they’d like. Some are painting; others are drawing or shading their works. Junior Siena Dittrich said, “I just changed my topic from school to old people because I got bored of the school concentration, and I like drawing old people because I like the concentration more.”
