Parking spaces to become very limited
With the number of incoming students exponentially increasing, the spaces for golf cart and car parking will become a major scarcity. Already because of the 1700 students that the school holds there are limited amounts of spots, with some students having to park in the grass at the top of the golf cart parking lot or in the teacher’s parking lot.
Although the golf cart parking lot was expanded last year, more and more golf carts continue to pour in. Golf cart and car parking permits will go on sale on April 14 for seniors, May 1 for juniors and May 30 for all students at McIntosh.
These permits will be sold on a first-come basis, and in order to get a permit you need to provide a valid GA permit or license, not have any obligations, a registration card that can be picked up in the office and a payment of $40 for golf cart permits and $60 for car permits. You can pick up your stickers in the office on May 30.
Space is limited, so get a jump start rising juniors and seniors!
