With Homecoming week now past, students take a moment to look back on the fun-filled week of school spirit.

Junior Sydney Han said, “The Homecoming game was fun though I wish we had won. I hope we have an easier opponent for next year’s game.” Sydney was one of two juniors selected for the Hungry Hippos game at the pep rally. Sydney said, “I got kinda dizzy, and I had fun being flung around out there by Ryan.” Sydney also said, “The spirit stick was a cool idea. I think if more people knew about it, they would dress up.”

Junior Emma Whitson played on the junior team for the Powder-puff football game on Oct. 5.  She said, “Powder-puff was a great time. We should have run more. I thought our coaches did a good job. The Powder-puff cheerleaders were the bomb.”

Junior Joslyn Nicosia said, “Spirit week is my favorite week of the school year. It makes me sad when people don’t dress up.”
