misChief staff members began sorting through over 100 student submissions and laying out the magazine in conjunction with Yearbook this month. Usually the staff prepares the magazine later in the year, but this year the magazine will be published in the MHS Yearbook, thus the earlier layout was needed.

While looking through the record submissions, Editor-in-Chief Sophie Roggermeier said, “I am very excited for this year’s publication. With a record high number of submissions, we are going to be able to provide an artistic outlet for students to be published in greater numbers than ever before.”

While a publication date has not yet been determined, there will likely be a coffee shop style release event for the magazine.
