The McIntosh marching band, The Spirit of McIntosh, have begun preparing for their show for the school year 2016-2017. Students have started leadership applications and leadership meetings, as well as practicing at Booth Middle School in order to inspire new membership. Students have practices after school and practice stand tunes, music that is played during the football game. They also discuss possible show ideas for next season.

Junior Doug Morris said, “I’m so excited for next season. I love marching band, and I love meeting all the new possible members from Booth and McIntosh. It is what I am looking forward to most my senior year.”
