The McIntosh Varsity Volleyball team takes home the state championship for the fourth year in a row to the Blessed Trinity Titans. The Titans take the Chiefs to four out of five sets, yet the chiefs remain victorious after winning a nail biting game, with the final score of 25-23. Claire Lewis, a senior at McIntosh playing in her last high school game, commented on what was going through her head. She simply said, “winning.” The team overall had a great season, only losing one game. Engozii Iiloh, another senior at McIntosh exclaims, “the season was filled with hugs, tears, sweat, and lots of laughs. Congratulations to the varsity volleyball team for this amazing accomplishment.
