Advanced Placement students experience the most rigorous courses at McIntosh High School and because of this, the last few weeks of teaching mostly features heavy review. The Advanced Placement tests cover the entire year’s worth of learning, and the scores that students receive is normally used as an indicator for how well the teachers performed that year.

English teacher Ms. Andrea Lakly said, “The test should be easy for the students who prepared all year for it.” The pressure is on for both teacher and student to quickly review a year’s worth of knowledge.

Senior Abby Burke said, “All of my AP teachers are working really hard to give us review materials and to review in class with us. It is really helping me study for the exam, and hopefully, I will do really well.”
